About
I started Pad19 Labs so I could build solutions and help solve problems.
I build technical solutions solving complex business problems either with a great team (yours, or I can bring my own), and I also help leaders unlock their businesses using the technology.
What Sets Me Apart
- I create transparency between technical teams and executive leadership
- I empower engineers to take ownership and drive innovation
- I transform contractors into collaborative team members, regardless of location
- I help non-technical leaders make informed technical decisions
What others say about me
humble brag much? 😳
As a manager, Peter was constantly energetic, encouraging, and engaged with the team's needs. He always had his finger on the pulse of what each engineer needed: unblocking work, advocating for the team, choosing the right person for the job, acknowledging effort, rewarding success, and more. Our team ran very smoothly under his guidance. He is also just a joy to work with, seemingly always positive, friendly, and upbeat.
Within days, he was adding value. He helped us get our (stalled) project off the ground again, and pushed it over the finish line. Not only is he an exceptionally talented, versatile (mostly self-taught) UI engineer, he is tremendously well-rounded. He suggested - and implemented - a variety of super helpful process and tooling recommendations. Peter also has an intrinsic capacity to teach and develop those around him, both in junior and senior roles. Beyond this, his coffee-fueled energy is abundant, and contagious! He is a genuinely good person who is prolific in both his personal and professional life.
Who's Peter

What's with the name?
Pad19 is after Cape Canaveral Launch Complex 19 where the Gemini missions all began.
Labs is just that I know that everything is a process of learning and growing...we're never done learning
fun fact: I actually have a part of the tile from the control room at LC19 in my office.
