Scheduled Help

Offers of help during hard seasons rarely turn into actual help — what if a single shared link made it dead simple?

Scheduled Help turns the offers of casseroles and carpools into a real schedule.

When someone is going through surgery recovery, a new baby, or a tough caregiving season, friends and family genuinely want to help — but coordination is the part that falls apart. Scheduled Help is a free web tool that fixes that with the simplest possible shape:

  • Set up a shared calendar of needs (meals, childcare, errands, household help)
  • Share one link
  • Helpers pick a slot with their name — no account, no login

That's it. Born out of needing to coordinate help after my wife's surgery, now used by other families in similar seasons.
